Clan Youth

Once again, the Clan Youth program will be fielding mixed gender, girls and boys teams from Under 7 to Under 17 age grades in 2013.

For 2013 festival schedules and weather cancelations please check the Edmonton Rugby Union website   www.edmontonrugby.com and go to the Minis & Youth section.

Online registration for 2013 is now available. Please download and follow the links/steps/info in the Registration Guide document which is located on the bottom of this page. Any issues with the registration process please contact us. Once your child is registered you will be contacted with information regarding first practices/game schedules. Rugby training for the U7 Mixed, U9 Mixed, U11 Mixed, U13 Boys and U15 Boys will start in late April on Friday evenings at Airways with festival games on Saturday mornings.   Training for U13/U15 Girls will begin in late April on Wednesday evenings at Ellerslie Rugby Park, game schedule will be determined but probably on Saturdays also.  There are no practices or games on long weekend Friday or Saturdays.

The U17/U19 Girls, U17 Boys and U19 Boys will start after the High School rugby season has finished with games on Wednesday nights. Practices for these age grades will be announced and will typically start before the High School season finishes.

Additional to our Club teams, the Clan has always been active in assisting various Edmonton High Schools with coaching. The involvement benefits not only the High Schools but also our membership as these high schools direct boy and girl players to us at the U17 and U19 levels.
