Andy - As promissed we have begun training and monitoring fitness levels for all senior men at the first practice of every month. This will continue throughout the season. Practice's are Monday Nights at 10 pm, well done to all those who have participated in the test's so far. If you have not you have no grounds to comment on these posted results, so get your ass to practice and start working towards our common goal this year... WINNING !

Mike - Depending on weather I would like to get out side starting first week of April. We may have to just go in running shoes but at least we will be able to get outside so plan for it now!

The men will be training Tuesday and Thursdays. Starting at 6:30 and ending at 8. I would recommend you starting doing something now on those days NOW as a way to condition your body for the season.

Other then that hope to see you out at indoor trainings and I'm looking forward to the challenge of winning a provincial title, I hope are as well!
