Social Convener

The Social Convener shall be responsible for the planning, coordination, and operation of any and all social functions of a public and private nature undertaken by the Society. He shall prepare and present to the next meeting of the Board, immediately following any such function, an accounting of all money spent or acquired in the operation of any such social function.
